A quiet photography game.
The 2023 game-jam build placed the player in a low-poly wilderness with a camera, a handful of photographic goals, and an atmosphere built around slowing down and noticing the environment.
The prototype explored the core relationship between wandering and photography: the landscape gives you reasons to look, the camera gives you a reason to frame what you find, and the act of taking a photograph becomes the reward.
The expanded game keeps that core but adds restoration, a larger connected world, resource planning, wildlife, camera progression, riddles, and a customizable ranger cabin.
